How long does hospital bed delivery take, and what does it cost?

One-way hospital bed delivery within Malaysia costs up to RM280. The actual charge may be lower; it depends on the address, access to the home and the order, and is confirmed on the quotation. Collection at the end of a rental is charged separately. No delivery time is guaranteed for every order. A slot is set only after stock, postcode, access, the payment arrangement and the time are confirmed in writing. For selected Klang Valley orders a quicker slot may be offered, but only when it is confirmed in writing. Of 8,923 deliveries that could be classified by region up to April 2026, about 45% went to the Klang Valley, 25% to the north, 15% to the south, 10% to the East Coast and 5% to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. What decides the delivery time

  1. Stock of the model you choose.
  2. Postcode and distance from Batu Caves, Kota Kinabalu or Kuching.
  3. Access to the home: stairs, lift, door width and parking.
  4. The payment arrangement agreed.
  5. A written slot agreed by both sides.
Is a three-hour or order-day slot guaranteed? No. It may be offered for particular orders, and only after the points above are confirmed in writing.
