What does the hospital bed rental price include?

The monthly rental price of RM150, RM250 or RM450 covers the named bed only: the Standard 2 Function (M15), Flexi 3 Function (M08) or 3 Function Auto (M10). A mattress, accessories, delivery, setup and a demonstration are included only when the written quotation lists them. One-way delivery within Malaysia costs up to RM280; the actual charge may be lower and depends on your address and access. Collection at the end of the rental is charged separately. The deposit is RM0 for every duration. Accessories are sold separately, for example the waterproof PVC mattress at RM399. Service, repair or replacement during the rental follows the written rental terms and is not a purchase warranty. Before you agree, ask for a quotation that lists every item and every charge, so the total does not change after the bed arrives. The table below shows what is included and what needs to be written on your quotation.

Example total for one month

Renting the Flexi 3 Function (M08) for one month: RM250 rent + RM0 deposit + one-way delivery (up to RM280, depending on the address) + collection at the end of the rental + any mattress or accessory you choose. The final total is the one written on the quotation.
