The full dataset and method are on the delivery coverage data page. Every region already receives regular deliveries, but the fee and the earliest slot depend on the address, so they are confirmed per order.
How a near-me rental works
- Send your postcode on WhatsApp, with who will use the bed and when they come home.
- Get a written quote listing the bed, any mattress or accessories, the delivery fee and the slot. Nothing is added unless it is listed.
- Delivery and setup at the address. Measure doors, lifts and the room first; stairs and access can change the plan.
- Pay after the bed is set up. If an instalment plan is used, it is signed after delivery too.
- Collection at the end of the rental is arranged with you in writing.
How fast can a bed reach me?
No delivery time is guaranteed. Same-day delivery may be possible for a specific order once stock, your postcode, access, the payment arrangement and a written slot are confirmed. For selected Klang Valley orders a faster slot may be offered, again only when confirmed in writing. Outside the Klang Valley, ask for the earliest confirmed slot before the discharge date is fixed.

Is there a hospital bed rental near me?
We have branches in Batu Caves (Selangor), Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) and Kuching (Sarawak) and deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Send your postcode on WhatsApp and we confirm the delivery fee and slot for your address in writing.
How much does delivery cost?
One-way delivery within Malaysia costs up to RM280. The actual fee may be lower and depends on the address, access and order; the written quote shows it before you agree.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. The deposit is RM0 for every hospital-bed rental, including a one-month rental, and payment is collected after the bed is delivered and set up.
Can I rent for just one month?
Yes. In our 642 completed hospital-bed rentals from 1 March 2025 to 26 April 2026, the median rental lasted 31 days, so one month is common.
